Before Systems4PT we were a reactive paper storm. Today the paper is gone, we are in control and collections are stronger than in the past. Every department, front desk, therapists, billing, management is under control.

We just got through a Medicare audit which went very well. In fact, the auditor complimented our notes and charge capture.

Am I satisfied? Southern Tier Physical Therapy has a sister clinic 40 miles away. I am enthusiastically moving forward with installing Systems4PT in this second location. If we had ten locations they’d all use Systems4PT.
