I own a practice hat has used Systems4PT since May 2006 and we have been happy with our experience. The system is comprehensive and continues to improve with each update at no increase in cost. Documentation is good, a little faster than paper. Readability is much better and I am not sacrificing clinic space for chart storage.

The front desk is twice as efficient and has taken on many tasks that used to tie up billing. In fact, the improvement in front desk efficiency has resulted in enough increased billable visits to pay for the system in 5 months without cutting into profits.

Compliance has clearly improved.

I am collecting more than with our prior system, and am getting paid sooner thanks to the electronic billing options.

Systems4PT has saved enough time to enable my billing staff to potentially bill and collect for an additional location, where as before Systems4 they were maxed. This has been a big difference.
