As Co-owner of MasterCare Physical Therapy, Inc. for the past 11 years, I can honestly and enthusiastically endorse Systems4PT software. After 8 years of using archaic billing software, we decided to look for a more efficient system. Unfortunately, 2 years later and numerous demonstrations by various software salespersons, we found nothing suitable to our needs.

Until Dan Alloway at Systems4PT gave us a demo that made us sit-up and take notice. Systems4PT showed us how inefficiently we were scheduling, billing, collecting and utilizing the time our physical therapists spent documenting. In fact Demo Dan, as we fondly referred to him as, flew out to our clinic three times, to answer our many questions before purchasing his product.

And let me just tell you, Systems4PT was worth every penny. We cut our billing staff from 2 full-time billers to 1 part-time biller. But more importantly, our accounts receivable has never looked better. In fact, with our bills electronically sent out daily, we have virtually no money that sits past 30 days. My scheduler knows exactly what co-pays are due and they are collected before every patient’s visit. Oh, and did I mention that my therapists no longer have discharges that are past due? Their paper work is done by the end of the day, every day.

As an owner of a physical therapy clinic that employs 5 physical therapists, I go home at the end of the day knowing that my clinic’s cash flow has never been better. And in these economically trying times, that is MORE than I could hope for.
