Please accept this letter as an expression of my thanks regarding my experience with your company, Systems4PT. I purchased the software system in June of 2007 for my two offices located with in the Houston, Tx area.

Systems4PT was first presented to me and my partner in April, 2007. I must say, we were impressed with the product’s offerings and the notion that we could cut back on unnecessary staffing, streamline our billing process and create accountability for our clinical staff to get their documentation completed correctly and in a timely manner.

Having utilized a few different “comprehensive” practice management systems in the past, we were fairly familiar with the pros and cons that go along with such a complex system. No system is a perfect fit for each practice and despite some programming issues early-on, the staff at Systems4PT worked very hard with us to resolve these issues and keep us on track. Needless to say, problems arise from time to time that require technical assistance, and Systems4PT has provided great service in response to our needs.

Throughout our transition, and over the last year, Systems4PT has responded rapidly and with concern to resolve any problems we have encountered. It is my opinion that Systems4PT has more than exceeded their responsibility in regards to client service.
